How to weight loss using treadmill

Using Treadmill could be some of the most efficient, challenging, calorie-burning routines weight loss exercises for those who want to loss weight. Treadmill should be calorie burning, fat scorching fitness equipment that can help you to loss weight and keep your fitness continues.
Before focusing how treadmill useful for you. I want to tell you some point.

Exercise Intensity
Keep target heart rate equal 60%-90% of your max heart rate. Fat burning zone equal 75%-90% of your
target heart zone. It's means: supposed you willing to loss weight by running on trading machine and workout on treading machine then you should be sure heart rate is in your fat burning zone ( min. 30 minutes)

Formula to know value of target heart Rate:
Max. Heart rate for men = 220 - age
Max.heart rate for women =226 – age

Exercise Regularly
You could reduce weight by using a treadmill, Don't exercise many times in a week. You can do 30-minute exercise five time in a week supposed you decided to complete 150 minutes exercise in a weekly.

Changes In Exercise
Same weight loss formula can not applicable every time because every person's body is different. So change incline and speed according to your preferences and your body's demands. For example, you don't want running fast, you could use higher incline. You need same effort and you can loss weight as long as you are in your fat burning zone.
